Prior to launching my company, I spent the last fifteen years of my corporate career as a senior hospital executive, where I held titles such as vice president, senior vice president and chief operating officer in both non-profit and for-profit enterprises.
The tools and resources I am sharing in this Accelerator are proven — I wish I had them in my early stages as a leader, and especially as I rose through the ranks.
As an ICF certified Executive Coach, I coach C Suite players and their teams…and have been a trusted partner for organizations in healthcare, life sciences and the higher education industries.
So, I am not coming to you as a new expert or someone who had to search AI for content to deliver….I have the lived experience of being a C Suite executive, leading teams and driving results…and with that being said, I am excited to share what I know works with you as part of this community with other women who are on a similar path.

EXCEL Coaching Sessions will take place weekly on Zoom platform where we focus on
leadership competencies and workplace challenges
the framework for strategic positioning
building community with peers
EXCEL Office Hours will occur for deeper application of tools, frameworks and networking
EXCEL Accountability Partners whereby each participant will be paired with a cohort peer for additional accountability and relationship building
