Prior to launching my company, I spent the last fifteen years of my corporate career as a senior hospital executive, where I held titles such as vice president, senior vice president and chief operating officer in both non-profit and for-profit enterprises.

The tools and resources I am sharing in this Accelerator are proven — I wish I had them in my early stages as a leader, and especially as I rose through the ranks.

As an ICF certified Executive Coach, I coach C Suite players and their teams…and have been a trusted partner for organizations in healthcare, life sciences and the higher education industries.

So, I am not coming to you as a new expert or someone who had to search AI for content to deliver….I have the lived experience of being a C Suite executive, leading teams and driving results. I am excited to partner with you on your career journey !
